To ensure that this happens, we have created a General Terms of Use that outlines the rules and regulations associated with using our service.
Please take a few moments to read our terms so that you can make the most out of your car rental experience. Charges or penalties associated with the policies can be found in the table later in this document.
General Terms:
Automatic Charge Policy: Your credit/debit card will be automatically charged for any additional fees that arise during your rental, such as extended rental days, traffic fines, Salik/toll fees, damage, and any other related charges. Please note that some of these non-rental charges, such as fines, may take up to three months to appear in the regulator’s system. As a result, your card may be charged for up to three months ( 90 days) after your rental has ended.
Rental Basis (Self-Drive): Our rental is based on a minimum 24-hour period for selfdrive.
Collection Policy: We recommend requesting vehicle collection 4 hours in advance via the Forzarentacar via email to ensure timely collection. If collection of the rental car is not requested 3 hours before the return time, an additional day of rental will be charged. Collection requests must also be made within our operating hours.
Fuel Policy: Please return the vehicle with the same fuel level as provided at the time of handover. Any discrepancies will result in a fuel charge (+ service charge) on the card associated with your account.
Damage Policy: In case of any damage to the vehicle, a police report is required (dial 999 for police assistance).
Damage Inspection: When you receive the car, it is important to inspect the vehicle thoroughly for any spots, scratches, or damages and report them upon delivery/collection.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Any evidence of smoking inside the vehicle will result in a fine of 500 AED.
Windows Tinting Policy: Tinting vehicle windows is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in liability for tint removal and any window glass damage incurred.
Insurance Coverage Exclusions: Insurance does not cover damage to items such as punctures, tires, wheel caps, aerials, and windscreens unless it was a result of an accident and a proper police report is provided. Additionally, customers are responsible for any charges related to seat stains, lost license plate numbers, key loss, or missing vehicle registration cards as these charges will not be covered by full insurance.
Vehicle Substitution Policy: Forzarentacar LLC can only guarantee a vehicle category/group. In the case of unavailability, we reserve the right to substitute a comparable or superior vehicle at no extra cost to the customer.
Lost and Found Policy: In the event of any lost items left in the vehicle, customers must visit our office within 24 hours of returning the vehicle to retrieve their belongings. Forzarentacar LLC is not responsible for lost items after this period.
Cancellation Policy: If a booking is cancelled within 1 hour of delivery time, the customer will be charged a day’s rental, plus VAT and delivery charges.
Sharing of Information: Our fleet partners (car rental company) will require your credit/debit card information, driving license, passport/Emirates ID, and visa page for rental purposes.
New Driving License Insurance Excess Charge Policy: If your driving license is less than a year old and an accident occurs with a red police report, an excess charge of AED 1200 – AED 5000, depending on the vehicle category. There will also be up to an additional 15% surcharge for processing.
Unauthorized Driver Policy: Only the driver listed on the agreement can operate the vehicle. Insurance will not be covered if an unauthorized driver operates the vehicle, and the full cost of any damages will be charged plus a surcharge of up to 15%.
Hit and Run Charge Policy: In case of a hit and run, an excess charge of AED 1200 for sedans and up to AED 3000 for other vehicles will apply.
Airport Drop-off Policy: Customers cannot drop/return the vehicle at any airport.
Service Due Policy: It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Forzarentacar LLC if the vehicle is due for service. If the customer fails to do so and damage is incurred to the vehicle, including engine failure, the customer will be responsible for paying for the maintenance/restoration costs.
Early Return Policy:
Early Return refers to a policy that allows customers to return their rented car before the end of their booking period. The rental rates may change based on the new return date requested. Here’s a clear explanation of how it works:
1. If you originally booked the car for 30 days or more:
● If you request an early return that is more than 7 days before the original return date, your rental rate will change from a monthly rate to a weekly rate.
2. If you originally booked the car for 7 days or more, but less than 30 days:
● If you request an early return that is before the end of the 7th day, your rental rate will change from a weekly rate to a daily rate.

Please note that these changes in rental rates apply whether you request the car to be collected by the rental company or if you choose to return it yourself.
Discounts and Limitations:
● Promo codes can only be utilized for daily and weekly bookings.
● Once a booking turns into a monthly booking, any applied promo code discount will be removed or be limited to a discount of AED 100, any excess discount will be removed
Force Collection Policy:
The Force Collection Policy is triggered in case of nonpayment of either rental or non-rental charges. If the customer extends their booking but their payment is declined, they will have 2 hours to complete the payment or the booking will be placed under Force Collection. If the rental end date is approaching and the customer is unresponsive and fails to inform Forzarentacar LLC of their intent to extend, the booking will be placed under Force Collection after a 2-hour grace period. In case of non-payment of non-rental charges such as Tolls, Fines, damages, or others, Forzarentacar LLC reserves the right to immediately place the booking under Force Collection and immobilize the vehicle. Once the vehicle has been placed under Force Collection, customers will be notified via email and Forzarentacar LLC reserves the right to collect the vehicle from the customer without any notice or appointment. Failure to return the vehicle may result in legal proceedings against the customer. If the customer wishes to remove the Force Collection and continue with their booking, they will be subjected to a Force Collection removal fee of AED 250 plus the pending dues (both rental and non-rental if any).
Provision of Requested Car:
At Forzarentacar LLC, we strive to fulfill our customers’ requests promptly and efficiently. In the event that the requested car is not available at the time of booking, we assure our customers that we will provide a vehicle in a similar category as per their reservation.
However, if a car in the same category is also unavailable for any reason, we are committed to upgrading the customer’s booking to a higher category vehicle at no additional cost. It is important to note that the upgraded car will be replaced as soon as the requested vehicle becomes available. If you would like to retain the provided car then difference amount needs to be paid, This policy applies to all types of bookings, including daily, weekly, and monthly rentals. We remain dedicated to ensuring a seamless and satisfactory rental experience for all our valued customers.

Bahrain:
● Daily: 200 kilometers
● Weekly: 1400 kilometers
● Monthly: 2500 kilometers for standard bookings, 5000 kilometers for premium bookings (With Additional Charge)
Qatar:
● Daily: 225 kilometers
● Weekly: 1400 kilometers
● Monthly: 2500 kilometers for standard bookings, 5000 kilometers for premium bookings (With Additional Charge)
Saudi Arabia:
● Daily: 300 kilometers
● Weekly: 2100 kilometers
● Monthly: 9000 kilometers
